The Information Office is incumbent on:
a) Receiving, registering, cataloguing, and organizing written documentation related particularly to the municipality and to the autarchies in general;
b) Establishing the contact with other entities and autarchies as to change documentation and information about this area;
c) Establishing the necessary communication with the media;
d) Writing and editing information to be divulged publicly about the municipal activity;
e) Assuring the offset activities as well as the equipment maintenance;
f) Supporting, cooperating and enhancing informative actions, namely with schools, associations and youth commissions;
g) Maintaining the board to affix public information always updated;
h) Doing the administrative support to the good technical activity operating in a general way;
i) Collecting the inclusion proposal to the Municipal Bulletin, which will be subjected to the appreciation of the Town Councillor in the Department.
j) Assuring an archive of cuttings, previously read and analysed, duly organized and updated;
l) Assuring the Town Hall Archive.
